* To liaise with customers to ensure customer's requirements are addressed and review quotations to ensure it is comply with the Company's pricing strategy.
* Co-ordinate with the Production and QC Departments to ensure that customer's complaints are professionally and efficiently are solved.
* Involve in market research analysis to develop marketing strategies that identify new market/product opportunities.
* Follow up on current and new projects.Assist Sales Manager in preparation of budgets & presentations for Sales Department.
* Assist in performing analysis for customer's credit ratings/evaluation and prepare write-up for existing and new customer's application of credit limit.
* Responsible for timely collection of payment / debt.
* Perform general sales administrative duties such as preparing sales quotation.
* Manage systems for all internal control procedures in relation to the Sales Department.
* Develop and implement improvements to administration systems and processes.
* Control costs within the Sales Department to meet with the budget.Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
