  • To be knowledgeable about types of rooms, prices and facilities and able to make recommendation to the guests.

  • To be involved in Front Desk operations including reservation, handling arrivals, check-ins registration and departures for checkouts including cashiering of all the hotel guests.

  • To check and ensure all rooms assigned for guests are booked in the system before arrival of guests.

  • To be available and can be reached at the Front Desk in order to handle guest requests and inquiries and provide the necessary assistance and information on products, services, facilities and promotions within the Hotel as well as Hotel Sun Inns Group to ensure utmost guest satisfaction in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.

  • To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.


  • Open for Malaysian citizen only, age 25 to 30 years old.

  • SPM or higher in Front Office Management or equivalent.

  • At least one (1) year working experience preferably in Hotel industry in similar capacity.

  • Well versed in MS Office / Open Office and knowledge in iHotel System is an added advantage.

  • Able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

  • Must possess high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.

  • Highly committed and able to work independently within tight deadlines

  • Able to multi-task, energetic, creative and self-motivated.

  • Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives.

  • Analytically minded, able to think out of the box and able to identify problems and/or potential problem, gather relevant data and come to a reasonable conclusions.

  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Willing to work on shifts, long hours, weekends and public holidays.

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
