Telemarketing - Asst Manager
( Kuala Lumpur, Full-time ) 3500 - 5000

To meet business targets and objectives of business units who are using the services of the Call Centre (in-house/outsource)
• To assist in leading the Call Centre distribution channel by working closely with VP, Manager Call Center, Profit Centre Managers, other business partners and respective call centre counterparts to maximize database marketing opportunities through the Call Centre
• To manage the daily telemarketing operations in-house call centers in order to deliver professional and quality sales and services to our existing and potential customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

• To manage the telemarketing campaign execution team/s so as to achieve the campaign sales and meet department objectives efficiently and effectively
• To assist in developing and ensure that all key performance indicators set for the Call Centre are met by implementation of a robust tracking and monitoring system
• To assist in designing and implement strategies, policies, planning and management control systems for the telemarketing operations in order to achieve the optimal productivity and operational effectiveness
• To develop and motivate staff to meet their fullest potential
• To provide timely feedback on campaign performance to Call Center Manager and seek solutions to achieve the best results for each campaign
• To ensure daily campaign tracking reports & weekly TSR KPI & campaign evaluation reports are accurately prepared and delivered to respective stakeholders
• To ensure efficient capacity planning of the call center
• To carry out ad-hoc projects in a professional manner as and when required.

Person Specification

• Sound business acumen in leading a large pool of sales professionals
• Sales oriented and experienced in managing sales personnel
• Customer focused and bottom-line performance driven personality
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Thorough productivity and quality management knowledge
• Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Excellent language abilities, presentation skills, communication skills and proposal writing skills
• Hands-on experience in call center business with good knowledge in call centre management tools
