HR Cum Admin Assistant
( Selangor - Shah Alam, Full-time ) rm1800 - rm2200

Job Description:
Support overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as allowances, leave & staff
medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
Responsible for the full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes agreements,
permits, licenses, insurances, maintenance etc.
Responsible for Immigration matters pertaining to recruitment of foreign worker, Fomema check-up,
processing & renewal.
To undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification SPM/STPM with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
Must be willing to work in Shah Alam (Seksyen 15)
Team player who can work independently, results oriented with proactive performance.
Alternate Saturday Half day working
Salary Range : RM 1,800.00 to RM2,200.00
