Bachelor Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 5 years working experience in Admin cum Hr role with the ability to do multitasking. Computer literate and familiar with MS Office. Fluency in English both oral & written. Possess excellent communications & interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with high level of diligence and motivation. Responsible to oversee daily operations of the company’s administration and HR matters; Prepare management meeting report. Issue PO, correspondence letter. Leave update and monitoring. Print and calculate sales commission. MC Claim Record and monitoring. Assist operation manager or general manager and logistic team. Back up for reception when Mawar not around. Assist for building maintenance. Purchase refreshment. Follow up for ink or cartridge request. (Write-off document). Manage for stationary. Interview arrangement. Monitor for IT assets listing. To handle all IT complaint and requisition issue.
