Account Manager (B195)
( Kuala Lumpur, Full-time ) Negotiable

Key responsibilities:
1. Works with key functions and the client CxO level managers and their teams to identify customer pain points and link them to company offerings by creating

customer value propositions that deliver revenues attributable to company in line with half yearly targets.
2. Creates working local relationships with these key systems integrators and network vendors to maximize the opportunity and the benefit to company and the

3. Identify strategic initiatives in the customers and influence their decision-making to position company to succeed in these initiatives
4. Creates relationships with key decision makers and strategists at the customers, acting as a strategic advisor to current and prospective customers

through consultative sales
5. Develops and executes a cohesive Account Plan for the customer according to the company Account Planning Methodology.
6. Grows the pipeline of opportunity within the designated territory, qualifying leads and managing opportunities according to company Sales Process in

collaboration with sales team members
7. Owns sales strategy and execution of the sales plans per account and opportunity
8. Actively manages the ongoing relationship with the customers, including acting up on the customer satisfaction survey
9. Provides consistent and regular communication with other customer facing departments to ensure smooth ongoing operation and with product

management/development regarding customer needs

Qualifications:
1. Degree educated in a technology or business discipline, or substantial equivalent experience
2. 10+ years’ experience working in a commercial role within the technology sector
3. Career history typically combining technical and business development roles
4. Excellent influencing skills, working across all functions of the organisation
5. Strong negotiation and liaison skills, working with the partners
6. Excellent in both written and oral communication, in both formal and informal settings
7. Creativity combined with problem solving
8. Self Starter
9. Diplomacy
10. Facilitation
11. Self-learner
11. Fluent in English
12. Sensitive to other geographical and company cultures
13. Leads by example
14. Broad technical knowledge of the telecoms OSS/BSS space
15. Deep understanding of the telco market, trends and developments
16. Excellent customer-oriented and service-minded approach with the ability to work on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Knowledge with telecom applications and international telecom project experience is a major advantage.
