Handle inbound call regarding from customer enquiries and complaint cases regarding from customer enquiries and complain cases.
Always provide friendly customer service to customer.
Suggest suitable solution to help customer solve the problem.
SPM holder with 1 year customer service/ call centre experience is welcome to apply.
Fresh graduate diploma/ degree holder in any field is encouraged to apply.
Must be fluent in Malay and English speaking.
Candidate who is able to speak in Mandarin/ Cantonese is add advantageous.
Possess with own transport and not mind to work shift.
